3 night minimum - $425.00

4 person occupancy

$80.00 per week for each extra person

Dog are $75.00 per week each plus a $50.00 deposit each (maximum pet occupancy of 2)

MONTHLY RATES:

May - Mid June - $2,000.00 per month

Mid June -October - $2,600.00 per month

OFF SEASON RATES:

Early May - Mid June - $600.00 per week

CABINS 3 & 4 AMENITIES & PRICES

These cabins are classic Maine rustic cabins. They are about 100 years old

They include:

Stove * refrigerator * microwave * coffee maker or Keurig * linens * 2 bedrooms * bath house is within 50' * furnished * porch to view the sunset

Note: Cabins 3 & 4 do not include a television.

Mid June - Late October

$450.00 per week

$75.00 per week for each extra person
